Which products can be shipped by mail?
Our Cookies, Brownies, Blondies and selected cakes can be shipped throughout Switzerland + Liechtenstein. The available delivery methods are shown on the individual product page and during checkout.

Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes + Cupcake Cakes are available for pickup in Bern or local courier delivery.

Do you offer pickup + local delivery?
Yes. You can pick up your order in Bern on your selected date or have it delivered by courier in Bern + the surrounding area. Local courier delivery is available for eligible addresses within approximately 30 km / 20 mi of Bern.

How far in advance should I order?
The currently available dates are shown when you place your order. We recommend ordering Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes, larger quantities and products for special occasions as early as possible. Please contact us before ordering if you have a last-minute request.

How big are your Cookies + Cupcakes?
Our New York Cookies measure approximately 3.5 in / 9 cm in diameter and weigh around 4.2 oz / 120 g.

Our Cupcakes + Daisy Cupcakes measure approximately 2.5 in / 6.5 cm in diameter. Our Mini Cupcakes measure approximately 1.5 in / 3.5 cm.

Which cake size do I need?
Our Vintage Cakes are made with four light cake layers and three creamy filling layers. Their beautiful height also makes them easy to portion: Tall cake slices can be divided through the middle to create two comfortable portions.

The lower number of people allows for generous dessert slices, while the higher number allows for smaller event portions. The exact number depends on how the cake is cut. Our Cake Guide covers everything you need to know about choosing, transporting, cutting + serving your cake.

Can I personalize my order?
Yes. Depending on the product, you can select colors, flavor, filling, sprinkles, decorations, a personalized message and other extras. All available options are shown on the individual product page.

Please contact us before ordering if you have a special request or are planning a larger order, wedding or corporate event.

How should I store the products?
Cookies, Brownies + Blondies should be kept sealed in a cool, dry place. Cookies will stay fresh for up to 7 days, while Brownies + Blondies will stay fresh for up to 5 days.

Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes, Cheesecake + Carrot Cake must be refrigerated at a maximum temperature of 5°C / 41°F and protected from sunlight and heat. Please follow the specific storage period stated on the individual product page.

Do you offer gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan options?
Selected cakes are available as a gluten-low option upon request. Since all products are made in the same bakery, traces of gluten cannot be ruled out. These products are therefore not suitable for anyone with celiac disease. Please contact us before ordering if you are interested in this option.

We are currently unable to offer lactose-free or vegan options.

What should I know about allergens?
Our products contain wheat or gluten, eggs and milk and are halal-friendly. Depending on the selected flavor, they may also contain soy, walnuts or other nuts. Traces of additional allergens cannot be ruled out.

What is included in your prices?
Our prices reflect more than the ingredients. They also include careful handmade production, recipe development, personalized design, decoration, packaging + the time that goes into every order. Each creation is prepared especially for you in our Bern bakery.
