SHIPPING ORDERS

As our products belong to the "perishable foods" category and are made exclusively to order, we only offer a right of return or withdrawal for defective or incorrect goods.

In this case, we require clear photos of the item in question in order to check the justification for a possible refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original sealed packaging.

Otherwise we cannot cancel or take back orders.

Please understand that we also cannot offer you a refund or replacement if you

- provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- missed multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
- missed collection deadline at the depot

PICK-UP ORDERS

Cookies, Brownies, Blondies
After selecting an appointment, you are welcome to collect your order from us in Bern. Please check that you are satisfied with your order when you collect it and note any defects directly so that we can find a solution quickly and easily. 🙏🏻 Unfortunately, later complaints, exchanges and refunds are then excluded.


Cakes + Cupcakes
We accept changes to your order. Please note that we charge a fee of CHF 15 for each change request.

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order within 7 days of the collection date.

Please check that you are happy with your cake/cupcakes when you collect them and make a note of any defects so that we can find a solution quickly and easily. 🙏🏻 If the cake/cupcakes were made according to your wishes and has no recognizable defects, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.


AVAILABILITY

We make all our products by hand and in small batches, and we always strive to have everything in stock. Should this not be possible, we ask for your understanding and are happy to offer alternatives.


CREATIVE LICENSE

In our online store you will find a selection of flavors and colors we offer, as well as sample images of our products. Each order is individually made to order and handmade by us, so there may always be slight variations between two products.
