Combined Shipping
An order consisting of products that are usually shipped via PostPac Priority OR Swiss-Express Mond can be combined. The express rate will be applied for this order: CHF 19.90 up to 2 kg and CHF 24.90 from 2-10 kg. Orders containing products of the express shipping profile and exceeding CHF 149.- qualify for free shipping.


Local Delivery via Courier Service
Express delivery for your preferred day in Bern and surrounding area. In case of absence, delivery in parcel box without liability. Delivery fee depends on distance.


Delivery Times Swiss Post
We ship our packages with Swiss Post. The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. ARI'S Bakehouse is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control, e.g., due to force majeure, traffic jams, bad weather conditions, etc., and these delays do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or to claim damages.

We strive to deliver our products in perfect condition and always package your order securely. However, transport and delivery may occasionally result in damage to our products. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution together.

If delivery of the goods fails due to your own fault despite repeated delivery attempts or pickup dates, ARI'S Bakehouse reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. No refunds will be issued in this case.
