For our Southern-style carrot cake, we use organic freshly shredded carrots, pineapples, coconut flakes and walnuts, add our special spice mix and bake it into a moist cake sponge. Then we finish it off with our unique velvety cream cheese frosting. Oh Lord, a truly heavenly treat!

Shipping:
Cake is shipped frozen via overnight express delivery. Please refrigerate upon arrival.

You can store your cake in the refrigerator, cheesecake for up to 3 days and carrot cake for up to 6 days.. For optimal enjoyment, keep the cake chilled until serving.
