Our Southern-style Carrot Cake is wonderfully moist, soft and full of flavor – with no raisins. For every cake, we freshly grate organic carrots and combine them with pineapple, shredded coconut, walnuts and our signature spice blend.

Its unique texture comes from carefully preparing the many different ingredients and bringing them together through several perfectly coordinated steps. After baking, the cake is finished with our homemade signature syrup and topped with a delicate cream cheese frosting.

Choose the perfect size for your occasion:

Small: approximately 15 × 15 cm / 6 × 6 in – serves approximately 9–14 people
Medium: approximately 20 × 20 cm / 8 × 8 in – serves approximately 16–22 people
Large: approximately 25 × 25 cm / 10 × 10 in – serves approximately 25–32 people
