Our Basque Cheesecake is inspired by the famous original from San Sebastián. Baked at a high temperature, it develops its signature dark, caramelized surface with delicate roasted notes, while the center remains beautifully soft, smooth and creamy.

The dark surface is completely intentional and exactly what makes an authentic Basque Cheesecake so special. Its intense caramel flavor creates the perfect contrast to the mild and creamy filling.

Choose your favorite flavor:

💛 Vanilla – classic, creamy and finished with delicate Bourbon vanilla
🍵 Matcha – aromatic, intense and full of distinctive green tea flavor

Our Vanilla version is also available without wheat flour. As ingredients containing gluten are handled in our bakery, this option is not completely gluten-free. Please find all important details under “Allergens + Information.”

Choose the perfect size for your occasion:

Mini Duo: 2 × 10 cm / 4 in – approximately 1–2 people each
Small: approximately 15 cm / 6 in – approximately 4–6 people
Medium: approximately 20 cm / 8 in – approximately 8–10 people

The Mini Duo includes two individual Cheesecakes and is perfect for sharing, gifting or enjoying during smaller sweet moments. Small and Medium make a beautiful dessert for birthdays, dinner invitations, family celebrations or a special evening.

Sending it as a gift? Add optional gift wrapping and a greeting card with your personal handwritten message. A matching cake box can also be added for further transportation. 🎁
