Depending on the product, we offer postal shipping throughout Switzerland + Liechtenstein, local courier delivery in Bern + the surrounding area or pickup in Bern.

PostPac Priority 📦
Cookies, Brownies, Blondies, Message Brownies + Cookie Cakes are shipped Monday through Thursday with PostPac Priority. Delivery usually takes place on the next business day.

Swiss-Express “Moon” 🌙
Basque Cheesecakes + Carrot Cakes are shipped frozen Monday through Friday with Swiss-Express “Moon.” Delivery takes place the following morning by 9 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays.

Up to 2 kg / 4.4 lb: CHF 19.90
From 2–10 kg / 4.4–22 lb: CHF 24.90
From CHF 149: free

Combined orders
If your order contains products from both shipping categories, the complete order will be shipped with Swiss-Express “Moon.” The express rate of CHF 19.90 up to 2 kg or CHF 24.90 from 2–10 kg applies.

Free express shipping applies when the value of the included express products reaches at least CHF 149.

Local delivery 🚚
Celebration Cakes, Cupcakes and all other products can be delivered on your selected date within Bern + approximately 30 km / 20 mi. Delivery starts at CHF 20 and is calculated according to distance. The exact price will be displayed at checkout.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the order. Any agreed drop-off is made at the customer’s own risk.

Pickup in Bern 📍
Your order can be picked up free of charge in Bern on your selected date. Delicate products will be handed over well chilled in a sturdy box.

Delivery times + delays
The stated delivery times apply once your order has been shipped. In exceptional circumstances, high parcel volumes, weather, traffic or other events beyond our control may cause delays.

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, absence or a missed pickup, the order cannot be refunded.

Shipping damage
We carefully package every order for safe transport. If your order nevertheless arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the product as well as the inner and outer packaging. We’ll work with you to find a solution. ❤️
