After postal delivery 📦
Our Cheesecakes, Carrot Cakes + Cookie Cakes are shipped frozen and may arrive partially or completely thawed.

If your cake is still completely frozen upon arrival, place it directly in the freezer. Do not refreeze a cake that has already started to thaw or has thawed completely.

Basque Cheesecake + Carrot Cake
Remove the shipping packaging and allow the cake to thaw completely in the refrigerator on a suitable serving plate. Store it at a maximum of 5°C / 41°F and protect it from direct sunlight + heat.

Basque Cheesecake: enjoy within 3 days
Carrot Cake: enjoy within 6 days

Both cakes are best enjoyed chilled.

Cookie Cake
Allow your Cookie Cake to thaw completely at room temperature inside its packaging. Stored airtight, it will stay fresh for up to 3 days.

Prefer it warm + gooey? Remove the buttercream decoration first. Warm individual slices in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for approximately 5 minutes or microwave for 10–20 seconds.

Freezing
Cakes that are still completely frozen can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month. Always follow the additional instructions on the individual product page.
