How long will your sweets stay fresh?

When sealed airtight, our cookies will stay fresh for up to 7 days and our brownies + blondies for up to 5 days. Please store them in a cool, dry place.

Cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes + carrot cakes should be refrigerated at a maximum of 5°C / 41°F and enjoyed within 4 days. Please check the individual product page for detailed storage instructions.

How big are your New York Cookies?

Our New York Cookies are true heavyweights! Each cookie measures approximately 9 cm / 3.5 in and weighs around 120 g / 4.2 oz – perfect for sharing. Or not. 😅

Do you offer options made without wheat flour, lactose-free or vegan?

Our Vanilla Basque Cheesecake and selected Vintage Cakes can be prepared without wheat flour.

As wheat flour is also handled in our bakery, traces of gluten cannot be completely excluded. These options are therefore not suitable for anyone with celiac disease or a severe gluten intolerance. Please contact us before ordering.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer lactose-free or vegan options.

What goes into your prices?

All our sweets are freshly handmade in Bern using high-quality ingredients such as Swiss free-range eggs, premium Belgian chocolate and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.

Our cakes are also individually decorated according to your selected colors and details. Every price reflects premium ingredients, skilled craftsmanship and plenty of attention to detail.

What should I know about allergies?

Depending on the product, our sweets may contain wheat or gluten, eggs, milk, soy, walnuts or other nuts. As these allergens are handled in our bakery, traces cannot be completely excluded.
